This book is layed out well and completely covers the basics of HVAC. Any person who has used NAVEDTRA Manuals will find this to be both similar in lay-out and comprehensity of subject. It is inexpensive for the depth of knowledge contained. For the price, I don't worry that it may get wear and tear as I carry it around in my service van. You may be interested in Modern Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (Althouse, Turnquist, and Bracciano/ 18th Edition) the ultimate inclusive textbook as used in trade schools and colleges. It is relatively expensive but worth the investment for a career person. I have both.

In this new edition, we have intensified our emphasis on marketing strategy, using both a theoretical and applications-oriented approach. Always true believers in the marketing concept, we have tried our best to meet the needs of our consumers—students, marketing practitioners, and professors of consumer behavior—by providing a text that is highly readable and that clearly explains the relevant and timely concepts on which the discipline of consumer behavior is based. It introduces the reader to the study of consumer behavior, its diversity, its development, and the latest evolution of the marketing concept and examines how companies use past consumption behavior as the foundation for creating and keeping satisfied and profitable lifetime customers. The chapter also introduces a simple model of consumer decision making that provides a structural framework for understanding the interrelationships among the consumer behavior principles examined throughout the book. The book is a difficult read. Not all of the work problems at the end of the chapters have examples to glean from. I haven't checked yet, but if there is a solutions manual, you might consider getting that also or you will be left guessing weather you are correct or not. Another thing is, the online resource that comes with the book isn't worth the time it takes to access it on the web, unless you like doing crosswords puzzles of pharmacy terms instead of seeing working mathematical examples of applicable problems.

Reads as a full-length HOT novel!

In fact, this should just be repackaged as a book in and of itself, and skip the box set title. This was very well written, a great deal for the money (I don't know why these m/m books are always more than their m/f cousins) and HOT HOT HOT. Yes, I bought this for the price , but I'd give it 4.5 stars and I really hope that more people stumble upon this like I did and shoot some review on here for this author. Kudos to Gem Frost-well done! If you liked Try, Rough Canvas, Collide, etc, you will like this one!

I loved this book it reminded me of fifty shades of grey. Dominic stole my heart so many feelings he had running all over. Gabriel love,love,love him. He and Dom were sooooo hot and cold together. This was a very good story buy it people

good read, good "struggle" for dominance by both MC's, story flowed well, both characters likeable, lots of good chemistry.

Great book!

You can't go wrong with an Elsevier product. This book is great for my OB/PEDS class. It's very informative and the information is easy to read and understand. I use the book code online and use the resources provided for my book like practice quizzes before the tests. I find that really helps a lot.

Image/Diagram on the wrong page. Wth?

Some idiot put the diagram on the wrong page. So much for critical thinking skills-an essential when it comes to, well, NURSING. Good Lord. Prolapsed Umbilical Cord, page 194 & 195, then 'Uterine Rupture' on page 195, then on page 196..."Positioning of the mother when the umbilical cord prolapses." AFTER the topic is over & the next topic has already begun.
