CLARE MORRIS is Dean of Quality and Standards Development at the University of Gloucestershire, UK, and has been involved in setting up the QAA benchmarks for business degree courses. She is author of the market-leading text, Quantitative Approaches in Business Studies. Clare has previously taught at Warwick and Cardiff Universities and is also an Open University lecturer.
