Good Traits To Have As Long As They're Genuine, Otherwise It's A Form of Deception & Game Playing

I know women who possess the traits or "secrets" mentioned by the author who are not married and some who don't exhibit some of those traits, yet they are married. At the end of the day, it's all about compatibility. A woman should not have to dress down, dumb down or downplay her success to make a man feel more comfortable to date or marry her. If he's not comfortable with that type of woman, then they aren't not compatible. I also think the author painted the wants & desires of most men with the same paintbrush. For example, depending on his own success or ego, some men don't value or care if a woman is educated or not. Some men place a higher priority on looks and/or sex than education, cooking and/or cleaning, it really just depends on the man.
Compromise is essential in any relationship, but what I've found more times than not, are the women who are not true to their natural selves while dating in order to "Get a Ring On It", become their true selves after saying "I Do" hence making many men feel like they've been bamboozled or the ever popular phrase "She changed after we got married". No, she didn't change, she just played a role to win the part, hence the high divorce rate. Although men may have many options, they often seek perfection and/or qualities in a mate that they themselves don't posses. How is that fair?

I love this book. As a woman who desires family, I am working on becoming the person I want to attract. This book made me realize that I need to decide to become a wife.

No more dating games

I read this book and to be honest I didn't like it at all. I didn't believe any of the things this book suggested would help me cut it in the awful jungle that's the dating scene of today. However I started implementing the suggestions in my life anyway since most of them lead to you being a better person generally. A few weeks ago I met and am now dating the quintessential alpha male / former player. He has pretty much described his dream woman as the woman this book encourages you to be. He lamented the lack of "wife-material" women these days. Clearly Lasana understands men. I am glad I gave this book a chance.
